Despite the addition of a heavy catalytic converter for BS6 compliance and an ABS unit, Yamaha kept the weight to a nimble 135 kg. This maintains the FZ's legendary "flickability" and makes it one of the easiest 150cc bikes to manage for shorter or beginner riders.
Ground Clearance: 165 mm
The ground clearance was bumped up to 165 mm for the V3. This 5mm increase is a subtle but welcome change for riders in Nepal, providing better clearance over large speed breakers and unpaved city sections.
