Built on the TNGA-C monocoque platform, the Hycross uses a MacPherson Strut front suspension and a semi-independent Torsion Beam rear setup optimized for comfort. It features All-Wheel Disc Brakes as standard. Higher trims (ZX/ZXO) come equipped with 18-inch Gunmetal Grey Metallic Alloy Wheels, while lower trims use 16 or 17-inch variants.
