The 2026 GLS is a safety fortress, featuring up to 11 airbags, including side airbags for the rear passengers and a driver's knee airbag. It also introduces an AI-enabled virtual assistant that can monitor the driver's attention levels and even provide an "Exit Warning" to alert passengers of approaching cyclists before they open the door.
