The hybrid models continue to use the Electronic Continuously Variable Transmission (E-CVT), while the all-electric variants adopt a compact eAxle. Both systems now feature a shift-by-wire toggle on the center console, removing mechanical linkages for a cleaner, more modern interior aesthetic.

For the first time, both the Hybrid and Electric ES models are available with an optional All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system. This is achieved through an additional electric motor on the rear axle, providing better traction and stability on varied road conditions.
