The Macan EV utilizes a high-efficiency single-speed transmission on both the front and rear axles. By eliminating shifts, the vehicle provides a linear acceleration curve, while the integrated differential helps manage the massive torque output without mechanical loss.
Drive Type: AWD (All-Wheel Drive)
The electronic Porsche Traction Management (ePTM) operates roughly five times faster than a conventional AWD system. It can distribute torque between the axles based on the selected driving mode and road conditions, ensuring maximum grip during spirited cornering.
