The 2026 Patrol utilizes a heavy-duty body-on-frame construction. The suspension is a sophisticated Independent Double Wishbone setup at both front and rear. Higher trims feature an Adaptive Air Suspension with E-Dampers, allowing for real-time ride height adjustment and superior body control during high-speed cornering. Braking is provided by massive 4-wheel ventilated discs with twin-piston swing-calipers at the front. High-end models ride on 22-inch Machine Cut Alloy wheels with 275/50 R22 all-season tyres.
