The front features MacPherson struts with an anti-roll bar, while the rear uses a twist-beam with coil springs. The setup is tuned slightly towards the firmer side to handle the high power output and prevent body roll during cornering.

In a segment-first move, Mahindra offers all-wheel disc brakes as standard across all variants of the 3XO. This provides superior stopping power and better heat dissipation compared to drum brake setups found in rivals.

Lower variants come with 16-inch steel or alloy wheels, while the top-end AX7L features 17-inch diamond-cut alloys wrapped in 215/55 section rubber, providing a large contact patch for better grip and aesthetics.
