All flagship variants are equipped with the EAT8 (Efficient Automatic Transmission 8-speed) developed with Aisin. It features "Quickshift" technology for seamless transitions and a shift-by-wire "e-Toggle" selector on the center console.
Drive Type: FWD with Grip Control
The C5 Aircross is Front-Wheel Drive (FWD). However, it compensates for the lack of 4WD with "Grip Control" technology, which optimizes front-wheel traction for Snow, Mud, and Sand via sophisticated electronic braking interventions.
