Chassis, Suspension and Brakes of MG Comet ev in Nepal

The MG Comet EV features an Independent McPherson Strut suspension at the front. Uniquely for a car this small, the rear utilizes a Multi-Link Coil suspension. This setup is chosen to manage the weight of the battery pack while providing a relatively stable and comfortable ride over urban undulations.

Standard braking duties are handled by Disc brakes at the front and Drum brakes at the rear. Higher-end variants (like the Exclusive FC) have been updated to feature Disc brakes on all four wheels along with an Electronic Parking Brake (EPB), providing superior stopping power for the electric hatchback.

The Comet EV rolls on small 12-inch wheels with 145/70 R12 tubeless tires. Base variants come with steel rims and stylish wheel covers, while higher trims feature alloy wheels. The small tire size is chosen to reduce rolling resistance and contribute to the car's extreme maneuverability.
