The MG Comet EV does not have a traditional boot when all four seats are in use. However, the rear seats feature a 50:50 split-fold function. When the rear seats are folded flat, the vehicle offers substantial cargo space (approx. 350 liters), making it a versatile tool for grocery runs or carrying small luggage for two people.
Fuel Tank Capacity: 17.3 kWh (Battery Energy)
There is no liquid fuel tank. Instead, the "energy tank" is the 17.3 kWh battery. On a full charge, the car provides a claimed ARAI range of 230 km. In real-world urban conditions, users can expect between 150 km to 190 km depending on driving style and AC usage.
Seating Capacity: 4 Persons
The Comet EV is strictly a 4-seater. The interior is designed with a "walk-through" cabin concept in the front. Access to the rear seats is achieved through the long front doors and a one-touch fold-and-slide mechanism on the co-driver's seat.
