Gearbox Type: 6-Speed MT / 7-Speed CVT / e-CVT
Honda offers the City with a 6-speed Manual Transmission for enthusiasts and a 7-speed CVT with "Earth Dreams Technology" for urban convenience. The e:HEV hybrid variant uses an Electronically Controlled Continuously Variable Transmission (e-CVT), which manages the power flow between the electric motors and the engine. All variants are Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) and utilize a dry single-plate clutch for manual versions, while the CVT and Hybrid versions use a torque converter or engine-linked clutch system respectively.
