GWM offers a segment-leading warranty of 5 years/unlimited km for the vehicle and 8 years/160,000 km specifically for the high-voltage battery. Service intervals are significantly longer than ICE vehicles, typically every 24 months or 30,000 km. Unique proprietary tech includes the "ORA App" for remote vehicle control (pre-conditioning, lock/unlock) and the "Intelligent Coffee" platform for over-the-air (OTA) updates.
