The Panigale V4 has a kerb weight of 198 kg (with all fluids and 90% fuel). Through the extensive use of magnesium and aluminum, Ducati has kept the weight-to-power ratio near the 1:1 mark. The "S" variant further reduces this with forged wheels and a lithium battery.
Seat Height: 850 mm
The 850 mm seat height is designed for a sporty, "commanding" position. The seat's shape was recently revised to be flatter and covered in a more grippy material, allowing the rider to move easily during transitions while feeling "locked in" during heavy braking.
Ground Clearance: 120 mm (Approx)
With a ground clearance of roughly 120 mm, the Panigale V4 is strictly a tarmac machine. The belly pan is shaped to optimize airflow and houses the exhaust catalyst, sitting low to keep the center of gravity as close to the ground as possible.
