The 6-speed constant mesh gearbox features a 2-stage transmission. This setup provides a very short first gear for technical crawling and a sixth gear that allows the engine to breathe during occasional road transfers.
Clutch Type: Manual Wet Multiplate
The wet multi-plate clutch is designed to handle the heat of frequent "clutch-slipping" techniques used in enduro riding. It provides a consistent feel even when the engine is running hot in slow-speed technical sections.
Final Drive: O-Ring Chain
The power is transferred via an AFAM 520 O-Ring chain. The O-ring design is vital for off-roading as it seals lubrication inside the chain rollers, protecting them from the mud and grit of the Nepalese trails.
