Clutch Type: Wet Multiplate / Slipper Clutch
The updated G 310 GS is equipped with an anti-hopping (slipper) clutch. This reduces engine braking torque during aggressive downshifts, preventing rear-wheel hop and making the lever pull significantly lighter.
Final Drive: Z-ring Chain
Power is delivered to the rear wheel via an endless Z-ring chain. This high-quality chain is designed for longevity and reduced maintenance, capable of handling the dust and grit of adventure riding.
