ABS: Dual Channel (Non-switchable)
The bike comes standard with BMW Motorrad ABS. On Euro 5 models, the ABS is dual-channel and permanent, ensuring maximum safety on slippery asphalt, though older models featured a switch for off-road use.
Braking System: 300 mm Front / 240 mm Rear Disc
Braking is handled by a 300 mm single disc with a 4-piston radial caliper at the front and a 240 mm disc with a floating caliper at the rear, both supplied by ByBre (Brembo's subsidiary).
Side Stand Engine Cut-off: Yes
A standard safety feature is the ignition cut-off switch on the side stand, which prevents the motorcycle from being ridden while the stand is deployed.
