Chassis & Suspension of Ducati Monster in Nepal

Frame Type: Aluminum Alloy Front Frame

Moving away from the traditional trellis design, the new Monster uses an Aluminum Alloy Front Frame inspired by the Panigale V4. This frame is extremely light (only 3 kg) and is attached directly to the engine heads, providing exceptional rigidity and handling precision.

Front Suspension: 43 mm USD Fork

The front end is supported by 43 mm Upside-Down (USD) forks with 130 mm of travel. These forks are tuned for a balance of comfort on city streets and stability during spirited riding, though they are non-adjustable on the standard model.

Rear Suspension: Adjustable Monoshock

The rear features a preload-adjustable monoshock connected to an aluminum double-sided swingarm through a progressive linkage. It offers 140 mm of wheel travel, ensuring the rear stays planted during acceleration.
