Rear Suspension: Twist Beam Axle
The rear features a robust twist-beam axle. In the 2026 facelift, the damping has been slightly softened to better absorb sharp bumps and expansion joints.
Front/Rear Brake Type: Disc / Drum (Disc on 1.5L)
All variants come with front disc brakes. For 2026, the 1.5L TSI variants now include rear disc brakes as standard to handle the extra power.

Higher trims come with 17-inch "Vega" or "Tiger" alloy wheels wrapped in 205-section tyres, providing excellent grip and a premium look.
