Gearbox: 6-Speed Manual
Unlike the standard Bolero Neo which uses a 5-speed unit, the Neo Plus is equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission. The additional sixth gear acts as an overdrive, improving fuel economy and reducing engine noise during high-speed highway runs.

True to its rugged DNA, the vehicle uses a Rear Wheel Drive setup on a ladder-frame chassis. This configuration is superior for load-carrying and provides better traction on unpaved roads when the rear is heavily weighted with passengers.
