The CLE Cabriolet is available with two primary mild-hybrid petrol engines. The CLE 300 uses a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine producing 255 bhp and 400 Nm. The CLE 450 features a 3.0-litre inline-six engine delivering 375-381 bhp and 500 Nm. Both are equipped with a 48V Integrated Starter-Generator (ISG) that provide an additional boost of 23 bhp and up to 205 Nm for smoother off-the-line acceleration.
Acceleration and Speed: 0-100 km/h in 4.7 - 6.6 seconds
The CLE 450 4MATIC is a serious performer, reaching 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds. The 4-cylinder CLE 300 completes the same sprint in 6.4 to 6.6 seconds. Both models are electronically limited to a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph), though some regional 4-cylinder variants may be limited to 240 km/h.
