Gearbox: AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9G / 4MATIC+
Transmission duties are handled by the AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9-speed automatic, featuring shorter shift times and multi-downshift capability. It uses the AMG Performance 4MATIC+ fully variable all-wheel-drive system, which can transition from AWD to pure Rear-Wheel Drive in "Drift Mode" (available with the AMG Dynamic Plus package).
